The five service lines exist because most small businesses we work with need more than one of them. Picking which ones, and in what order, comes down to where the pain is loudest right now.
Quick-start guide
- Card statements feel high or confusing → start with the free statement audit. We tell you in two business days whether the savings are real.
- POS hardware is old, slow, or under multi-year contract you regret → POS systems conversation. We map workflow to hardware before quoting.
- High foot traffic and cash usage → ATM placement with Kim. Merchant-owned for surcharge revenue or free placement for traffic-only.
- Cash gap, equipment need, or growth funding → business lending. We shop multiple lenders. Approval is the lender's call.
- You own commercial property over $500K basis → CSSI cost segregation with Jim. Engineering-based study; consult your CPA before relying on outcomes.
How the engagements stack
Most clients start with one service line and add others over time as the relationship works. A common pattern: free statement audit → processor switch → six months later, POS hardware refresh → eighteen months later, equipment financing for an expansion. We are not pushing a bundle; we are a broker for whichever pieces fit when they fit.
What we do not do
- We are not a processor. We refer to processors and stay on as your point of contact.
- We are not a lender. We package and shop to lenders. Approval is the lender's call.
- We are not a CPA, attorney, or tax advisor. CSSI is engineering-based; your CPA owns the tax position.
- We do not write high-risk merchant processing (CBD, firearms, adult). We refer to specialists.
