What we collect
- Site analytics. Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IPs, only after you accept the cookie consent banner. Page views, navigation paths, device class, and referrer.
- Forms and email. Information you voluntarily provide when submitting the free statement audit or contact form — name, email, phone, business name, and the merchant statement you attach.
- Phone calls. We log inbound calls in our notes; we do not record calls unless you ask us to.
What we do with it
- Deliver the audit or service you requested.
- Follow up on open service work or quotes.
- Improve the site (anonymized analytics only).
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your merchant statement with anyone other than the processor or lender you choose to work with — and only with your explicit permission.
- We do not run ads. There are no tracking pixels for advertising on this site.
Your choices
- Decline cookies via the consent banner; analytics will not load.
- Request a copy of any data we have on you by emailing steelesolutions4u@gmail.com.
- Request deletion of your data via the same email.
