When and how to reach us in practice

The phones, the email, and the after-hours practices below are how Steele Solutions actually answers messages.

Phone hours and response

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Central is the official window. Inbound calls land on Jim or Kim's cell — we do not use a switchboard. If we miss your call during work hours, we return it the same day. After hours we return calls the next business morning unless the message indicates urgency, in which case we return by text the same evening.

Email response

steelesolutions4u@gmail.com is checked multiple times per business day. Routine replies happen within two business hours during work hours. Free statement audits are acknowledged within one business day; the audit itself takes two business days from receipt of the statement.

Text messaging

Existing clients have direct cell numbers. Texting is the fastest path for quick questions: "is that statement question urgent?" or "we got a chargeback notice, what now?" Same business day response is the norm.
